Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We offer a range of shipping options for customers worldwide, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo, USPS, and DHL eCommerce. All available methods, estimated delivery times, and freight costs are displayed at checkout for your convenience — faster delivery generally incurs higher fees.

Express (DHL / UPS / FedEx)

Express shipping is the fastest available option, with delivery typically completed within 2 to 5 business days . It offers door-to-door service and real-time tracking for full visibility.

  • Best for : Urgent orders, small-to-medium quantities, product samples, or high-value items
  • Cost : Highest among all options, calculated primarily by actual weight

Air Freight

Air freight provides a balanced middle ground between cost and delivery speed. Transit time generally ranges from 10 to 25 business days , depending on the destination and flight schedules.

  • Best for : Mid-sized wholesale orders that require faster delivery than sea freight
  • Cost : Moderate — higher than sea freight but significantly lower than express
  • Calculation : Based on chargeable weight (the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight)

Sea Freight

Sea freight is the most cost-effective shipping method, offering the lowest freight rates per unit, especially for large-volume or heavy shipments. Transit time typically takes 20 to 45 business days , depending on the ports of origin and destination.

  • Best for : Large inventory replenishment, heavy goods, or any order where cost savings are the top priority
  • Cost : Lowest among all options, calculated per container or per cubic meter

We can arrange door-to-door delivery with all export & import taxes and expenses included for all U.S. regions and most European countries.

Important Notes

  • In case of irresistible factors (bad weather, shipping congestion, special festivals, etc.), the shipping time may be postponed correspondingly. This should not be your reason for after-sales or disputes about the order.
  • Split shipments: Depending on stock availability, some orders may be split into multiple shipments at the discretion of BCSwimwear.
