BCSwimwear may be liable for any onward transfers of your Personal Information in violation of our commitments to you pursuant to this Privacy Policy or applicable law.
Additionally, we may create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name) that would otherwise make the Anonymous Information personally identifiable to you. Generally, we aggregate this information and use it in statistical analysis to help us analyze patterns in the use of BCSwimwear. This Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of any Anonymous Information in any way, and we reserve the right to use and disclose Anonymous Information to our partners, advertisers, and other third parties in our discretion.

In particular, BCSwimwear remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless BCSwimwear proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, BCSwimwear commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information transferred to the United States pursuant to Privacy Shield.
